What if you’re too close to your business to clearly see what’s happening inside it?

When you’re deep in the day-to-day of running your business, it’s like holding a book an inch from your face. You can see every letter perfectly, but you can’t see the whole sentence, much less the whole page.

As the founder or CEO, being able to understand what’s really happening in your business essential.

So, what do you do when you’ve hit a rough patch, and revenue’s down, you’re barely making payroll, and something feels off, but you can’t quite put your finger on what or why…

Or when business is booming, and you know you need to get out of your team’s way but you aren’t sure how…

It’s hard to have the clear-eyed perspective needed to effectively make decisions when you’re on the inside.

That lack of perspective leads to a lot of spaghetti throwing, hoping miraculously, that the right noodle happens to stick.

That’s no way to make smart business decisions.

You need an experienced, unbiased perspective to help you see what’s really going on in the business.

This 5-question diagnostic is the first step.

Your business is at a crossroads. Let's find out which one.

A 5-question diagnostic to help you see clearly whether it's time to refine, reinvent, expand, or release.

Hi, I’m Jess Sato!

I work with women founders and leaders standing at real crossroads in their business. These are the moments where something fundamental has shifted, growth has stalled, or your identity no longer matches what you built or where your business is headed.

I built this diagnostic because I kept having the same conversation, over and over, with brilliant founders who couldn't see their own business clearly anymore.

These are smart, capable women, but they were too close to the business, and as they say, “you can't read the label from inside the bottle.”

Before I did this work, I spent almost a decade at Boeing, years of it inside a decision analysis group, which taught me how to think rigorously and ask better questions instead of settling for the first answer, and later, coaching some of the highest level executives in the company.

I've since built my own practice, getting under the hood of a business with someone, finding the actual root of what's going on, and building forward from there.

My one goal is to help you see clearly enough to make your next move strategic, intentional, and aligned with your most important values.
